MAIN INGREDIENTS:

HOW TO USE

The paste should be shaken very well before use to make it easier to squeeze out of the packaging. For peas, apply a large dose to a damp toothbrush.
We stick to the basic principle from red to white, that is, from the gums to the crowns. We do not overdo the pressure with the toothbrush, as we do not want to damage the gums and expose the root surfaces of the teeth. Brush for two to three minutes. Brush your teeth at least 2 times a day, preferably in the morning and evening. After brushing, we also clean the interdental spaces together with dental floss. Avoid swallowing when brushing. After use, spit out and rinse thoroughly.
